Make it a theme park. I would so be there. I would never leave.

I wonder what kind of rides it would have. Perhaps a subway-themed train ride in "Forbidden Zone Land," down into the underworld, singing with the mutants and ending with a simulated nuclear blast. The kids will love it. There could be roller coasters with a rocket ship theme, sort of like Space Mountain only with a splash down at the end.
Then there'd also have to be "Ape Management Land," including "Great Moments With Governor Breck" (with "Caesar's Rebuttal" following). -

"Gorilla Chase"
Employees in gorilla costumes riding horses chase the paricipants who are on foot. If you get caught, you are confined to a cage, where you are doused with water from hoses and are fed peanuts. To get released, you have to refrain from talking for an hour.
"Orangutan Court"
Wearing only a skimpy bathing suit, you have to convince a trio of employees, costumed as orangutans and speaking in British accents, that you are intelligent.
Fowler's knots? Did you say fowler's knots? -

Agreed. We could all dress up in loincloths while staff dressed up as apes could beat and humiliate us.oh wait a secondLOL. Only kidding, a Planet Of The Apes them park would be great if done right. The village and sets alone would attract many.
