How about "Red Red Wine" by UB40 as Brody quaffs the majority of Hooper's offerings.
Coldplay's "A Sky Full of Stars" as they emerge from their drinking sesh closely followed by The Beatles' "Twist and Shout" as Quint gets gobbled.

It's a hideous thought, but perhaps Quint would have surprised us with a mellifluous & honey-toned baritone voice to compliment Hooper's impeccable countertenor.
Following the horror of Brody's nasty, dock-side serenade, perhaps there'd be room for the estuary victim to launch into Andy Fairweather-Low's 'Wide-Eyed & Legless'I guess it would be a little unsubtlemaybe Bob Dylan's 'Blood in my Thighs' would be better
