I remember crying on 3 films, one was Elephant Man; during the scene where he breaks down upon meeting Mrs Treves. Next is Hachi: A Dogs Tale; truth be told, I haven't seen this film the whole way through but I cried when apparently Richard Gere's character had been dead for 10 years and the dog was still waiting for him. This next one is the least known of the three but this belongs at the end of a miniseries called Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story, if anyone knows a thing about what kind of life she led, you can guess from a number of scenes but the one that got me was when she was meeting Cary Grant while in her 60's with almost nothing left. Does that matter? No. They both make the most of the time they have together even though, by this point, they had lost their fame. It is genuinely hard to find a "happy moment" in that film but this one moved me to tears.
"I have always valued my lifelessness."

I've only ever properly cried to one movie - Green Mile - but I had to fight back tears on quite a few. For example, What's eating Gilbert Grape, The Pianist, The Dallas Buyer's Club, Ray, Rain Man and Leaving Las Vegas are just a few big names which spring to mind.
I might also mention that I am too afraid to watch Her because I know I will cry uncontrollably.

It was touching but I didn't cry. Wasn't even close. I was angry at best.
I cry about Lion King, every time, and surely about many other Disney movies.
I don't make or have a list of cry movies.
But the most I cried when I watched The Impossible for the first and only time. Couldn't get a grip on myself.
Lincoln Lee: I lost a partner.
Peter Bishop: I lost a universe!

I'll be seeing this the soonest I can. Two that never fail to make me cry so far though are
              MIRACLE IN CELL NO. 7
              and
THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PYJAMAS
              .
There's more to attraction than meets the eye.

The elephant man is definitely the saddest, I got goosebumps on couple of occasions and I was about to cry, but didn't Loved every bit of the movie. The movie for which cried so much was 'greenmile' & cried little bit for 'terms of endearment'

                      Here's my list:
                      Rain Man
American History X (Third or fourth time I watched it - end scene)
                      Into The Wild
                      Armageddon (Cried in the cinema!)
Good Will Hunting (the "it's not your fault" scene, welling up now thinking about it)
127 Hours (the end scene, think the music got me) - I defy anybody to watch this film and not cry
                      Edward Scissorhands
                      I'm such a pu$$y

                          The Elephant Man (1980)
is definitely the movie that made me cry the most (followed by
                          The Green Mile (1999)
), but the only movie I've watched enough times to be sure it'll always make me cry is
                          The Iron Giant (1999)
                          .
Don't listen to the negative ones; their arguments are irrational.

                              Big Fish!
The end where he tells his father how he's really going to die.
I've walked out of a room prior to that scene because other people were around.
                              It gets me every time.
Of course I didn't tell them why i left

Jeez, only 5? I'm just going to list my top 10 because I'm hella indecisive.
So, besides Elephant Man, I would say

                                1. Fox & the Hound
                                2. Titanic
                                3. Bicentennial Man
                                4. Finding Neverland
                                5. A Moment to Remember (a Korean Film that seriously made me sob)
                                6. Schindler's List
                                7. Life is Beautiful
                                8. The Painted Veil
                                9. I Am Sam
                                10. Legends of the Fall
Seduce my mind and you can have my body,
find my soul and I'm yours forever.
