Remaking this movie would be a HORRIBLE idea, some things are just better left the way they are. Lets face it, Hollywood can't do anything right these day, especially with their efforts to remake (ruin) perfectly good films.
I know the special effects aren't the greatest, and yes there are errors in the film. However, this is a great movie that should be left alone. I can only imagine the type of ridiculous horsesh!t they would add to this film to sell tickets.
The reason I'm here today is because I read about the death of Charles Durning. RIP Mr Durning, you were a great actor and you will be missed. -

I don't go after people for simple typos. Notice the I and U are next to each other on a keyboard.
You however, make an INTENTIONAL habit of wrong spellings that are far more than simple types and continue to post the same crap even after being corrected because it IS intentional and you want to piss people off, which means you are a fraking loser.
You know, you could actually CONTRIBUTE to these boards and discussions, but instead, you choose to be the annoying little sh!t that gets on everyone's nerves
What sort of sad pathetic little person actually gets off on annoying others?
Think about that. because that is who you are.

No doubt trash, but you were calling them remakes when they weren't. that's the problem, not whether they were bad or not.
and what's the diff between rhal and rhal-1? Sockpuppet?

I was reading some of your posts on the Crimson Tide board and you came across there as you do here: as a rather unpleasant, grumpy know-it-all who finds it appealing to act smug and superior. I hope you aren't like that in real life, nor were that way with your fellow shipmates while in service.

Take a look at the individuals to which I am coming off that way. as opposed to those in which I don't.
Trolls, and people posting absurdity and ignorance does bring out the rude in me. All others I do not.
Moghul here is a known troll throughout several boards.
If you post stupid, you're gonna get called on it.
If you ask questions, you might get answers.
And no.. that is not me being a know-it-all. If I don't know I don't answer up with stupidity. I only answer when I DO HAVE information.
If you don't look for ONLY the negativity, you will find there are a great many who enjoy my posts and information as well.
You want to focus only on the negative and define me by that alone that's YOUR problem.

CGSailor is usually right (even if he is a skimmer). What gets gets annoying on this forum (as well as many others on the internet) is the seemingly unending quantity of of apparent know-it-alls who have no reason to know anything about some of the things they post because they have not been there and really have no idea what they are talking about. This very understandably aggravates those of us who have been there and know that some of their lofty-sounding pronouncements are total beep. In this regard, any critical comments he might have made about CRIMSON TIDE are almost surely more accurate than otherwise. Truly, you ought to read what I wrote about that travesty of celluloid.
