There are so many funny lines in this movie.
The one that makes me laugh the most was when Robert Preston tells Robert Webber to ask Richard Mulligans propped up corpse a question so it wont look suspicious to passing cops.
And Webber asks "Read any good books lately ?"
Still makes me roar every time I watch the clip.

Although it's been forever since I saw the movie, one of my favorite lines is when the doctor is preparing a needle. they ask him what is in it, and he starts naming a bunch of serious narcotics. The other two look shocked, and one asks, "Do you think it's okay for Felix to have all that?" The doctor replies, "Felix? This is for ME."

Sally still under the effects of drugs
Sally: Mickey!!! Hi, Mickey.
Mickey: Hi.
Sally: I certainly am!
(Re: "I certainly am!"
I'd like to believe that Andrews was channeling film comedian Stan Laurel's famous line.) -

Hey, don't forget the rest of that quote, it's even funnier! Don't remember it word-for-word, but it's something like
"Do you find that a fulfilling occupation?"
"Not really. But the armadillos seem to enjoy it."
"You may think thatI couldn't possibly comment."
