So after the whole rope bridge thing and Indy getting the stone back, they walk back to the village, and Willie is wearing her outfit she wore when they arrived in the village. During the Kali ceremony, the thugees made her change into that white fancy outfit. So why on earth would she want to go back to get her old outfit? Assuming she left it in the ceremony room in the catacombs of that palace??

IT'S SIMPLE DIPSH!T. After the British raided the temple and captured all the Thuggees, Willie went back in to get her clothes much like how Indy went back to get his jacket.

He is asking about WILLIE's clothes and you said those were Indy's clothes.

The OP is obviously not aware that Willie wears Indiana's clothes in the movie.
So we explain it to him.
He's asking about "Willie's clothes when she gets back to the village". Well.there's no such thing anyway because she is not wearing her own clothes.
To make it easier for you to get it, try just to understand that the outfit Willie is wearing at the end of the film is from her room at the palace, wich was on the way back.
I'll add that what the OP "care about" or "doesn't care about" is none of our business. He tries to understand a point in a film, and we're giving him the answers.
As simple as that.
