Like the guy above said I also think he was asexual. I don't think Bennett had time for anything else in his life other than killing. He always did enjoy it a little too much.
He did look like an evil Freddie Mercury though

I just watched this again, and this guy just looks like a joke. The mustache, the clothes, the flab hanging out everywhere. Hard to believe Matrix would even waste more than a few seconds killing this guy.

The funny thing is that in reality Vernon Wells was former Australian Special Air Service in his youth. A very hard elite unit to pass selection for.

Either asexual or gay(not that it matters) or at least bisexual probably. Especially since he looked like a member of the village people with that weird-ass chain vest thing and his mustache(unless perhaps that was a thing of the movie's era)
While it isn't super important I found myself wondering the same thing the first time I watched the movie.
