I think you may be exaggerating your childhood memory into a myth. Her's are big, but it is not like they are that big. Let us be realistic here. Any "major" actress from any given Russ Meyer film blows Ava out of the water with ease - and in the majority of Meyer's films, they had natural ones, which is even more remarkable.
Likewise, the scene in question is so fast and hastily edited, you do not see much, anyway. -

At the time that Matrix and Cooke burst in, the owner of those massive milky globes seemed to be pegging that guy, which definitely begs the question for all of us: would you be willing to get buggered with a strap-on if the girl's fun bags were big enough?
