I think the show is moving away from the nut jobs and focusing more on people who need their skills

Did you see the woman go in who was in search of a Z-cup size bra? While it is not unusual to use these patches of skin made from pig collagen as it's rarely rejected by the human body. But, she had commented that her boobs are her moneymaker. People were all ogling her and wanting their picture taken with her when she was outside. She has a special letter stating she doesn't have to wear a seatbelt because of the size of her boobs.
They are so massive and yet she wants to go bigger. She ran into lots of complications with each surgery, and she showed up to the two docs to ask them if they'd help her go big, BIG, BIGGER!
They declined.
I've seen them fix people's botched jobs though, and they've done some exceptional work. I remember a tummy tuck gone awry where she was all lumpy with no navel (they removed it wherever she went for this) and lifted her lower belly up so hard that her vulva was visible from the front.
Those two docs do some incredible work.

It's sad what some go through when they've put their trust in a doctor that ends up mutilating them. Thank God for doctors like Nassif and Dubrow who take their oath of 'do no harm' seriously
