If you could be transported into one movie, the way Mia Farrow's character is in Purple Rose, which movie would it be, which character(s) would you hang out with, and what would you do?
For my choice, I'd like to be transported into Lord of the Rings, and hang out with the hobbits in the Shire.
    What about you?

Good question, I'd love to be in the King Kong universe.

The Rules of the Game or Casablanca. I just love B&W films, pure magic.

If you could get into those movies, you could end up dead. The former film has an animal massacre and ends with a murder while the other film is full of Nazis.
          I'd like to get into
          Hatari!
, I could get maimed by a rhino but with John Wayne and Co. watching my back, I'd do okay. Oh and
          The Girl Can't Help It!
, though I wonder if I'd come off well in Eastmancolor, actually just one scene at the end when they're dancing barefoot to Fats Domino singing
          Blue Monday
. And I'd like to get into Ernst Lubitsch's
          Monte Carlo
and wear some of them suits.

I'd go with "Yellow Submarine". The music is excellent, the characters are good hearted, the colors are amazing, and the drugs, well, the drugs.
Actually any Beatle movie would probably be fun to be a part of.

Even though its dangerous and all I'd like to go into the Star Wars universe (the original trilogy, not the new ones). Maybe Return of the Jedi after the Death Star was destroyed, party on Endor and whatnot.

Maybe FAMEthose characters just really seemed to be having a ball on screen. I would have loved to have been friends with Montgomery McNeill and Ralph Garcy. As a runner up, I think I'd say DIRTY DANCING so I could be privately tutored by Johnny Castle.

Probably 'Downtown '81' aka 'New York Beat Movie'. I'd just walk around New York City all day with Jean-Michel Basquiat, going into galleries and nightclubs, seeing No Wave acts like James Chance and DNA.
FAME is a really good choice too though! Going to the Rocky Horror Picture show, listening to Montgomery play "Is it Okay If I Call You Mine?", going to comedy clubs - lots of enjoyment there as well

"Almost Famous", because it always upset me that I was born too late to experience those days- I just don't get today's generation, haha.
