"I have the VHS and it's there. I don't imagine they would cut it out of the DVD transfer. Check again."
THEY DID CUT IT FROM THE DVD!!!!! Why would they DO that?! Not only does this DVD not contain that scene, it didn't even have any special features! GRRRRR!
"It's actually SFX, though why did the SFX team have rising dust spell 'SFX'? Didn't they know somebody would make something controversial out of that?"
I don't know. I'm not sure that I would have thought of it, either had I been on the SFX team. I don't blame them. Their target audience (children my son and daughter's age,) would never have caught it. I think only preteens, teens, and young adults who are too old for that kind of thing would get so bored with the show that they would look for stuff like that.
"They crave the attention. They live on it. They thrive on it. Same with the media and those tabloid publishers. They THRIVE on gossip, especially the explicit kind."
Huh. I'm absolutely STARVED for attention. I can't remember the last time my husband actually carved out time to spend with me or when one of my friends stopped over just to hang out with me. I desperately need to be noticed by someone. Somewhere. Sometime. But I'm not into rumors, innuendo or gossip. I've got so much more that I would like to talk about.

That's very odd. This scene comes right after the scene where Mary is chastised by Edward for holding her glass wrong.

LOL! OH! I thought that you were talking about 3 Men and a BABY, not 3 Men and a Little Lady!

Oh no, we had gotten into talking about the sequel, remember?

Oy! I got confused. I don't know much about Little Lady. I only saw it twice. 😞

It's a pretty good movie. It's inferior to 3 Men and a Baby of course, but it's good if you want to see Mary a little older and you want to see more antics of Peter, Michael and Jack.

Maybe, sometime, I'll rent it again. Who knows? I just remember thinking that the acting was bad, the plot was weak and the dialogue was poorly written. I would have done Little Lady so differently!

A sequel is usually inferior to the original, because the original is just that: original.
But anyway, back to the Baby.
It was amazing how they got the baby to lay still when they were trying to change her. Normally they kick and scream.

You're right. Maybe I should cut Little Lady some slack.

Oh. You mean like my 11 month old does every time we change her diaper? 😛 Seriously, that scene had to have had a lot of takes. Either that or those are a pair of really affable babies.

Some parts are pretty dull, but for the most part it's a pretty good sequel. Like I said it's great if you want to see Mary a little older and see further antics of Peter, Michael and Jack.

                      I wouldn't know since I don't know your 11 month old.
"Seriously, that scene had to have had a lot of takes. Either that or those are a pair of really affable babies."
That or she was very sleepy when they did that scene. You'll notice in a few close-ups she doesn't even blink.
And those "ultra absorbent" diapers? Did he buy adult diapers by mistake?? LOL

It depends on what kind of sleepy they are. If they are just a teensy bit sleepy, it's WORSE. If it's regular sleepy, it's better. If it's over-tired sleepy, it's A LOT WORSE!

LOL! I was thinking the same thing! But the best part was when the diaper fell off the baby and she peed all over the couch! Tom Selleck's portrayal of that kind of frustration was right on the money! The first day I brought home my son from the hospital, he peed EVERYWHERE when my Mom took off his diaper! And since my daughter was born, I can't count the times when my husband or I have gone to change a diaper and before we could get on the new one, she wet everywhere!

Then perhaps it was regular sleepy.

Wow. Who'd have thought tiny bladders could fill so fast and hold so much.

Apparently the couch was Michael's, because he had to clean it up.

That's close to what I was thinking at the time. . . . Actually, no, what I was really thinking was something close to, "DUH! I should have had a clean diaper underneath to safeguard against that! How could I be so STUPID?! I'm WAY too tired to be doing this."
"Apparently the couch was Michael's, because he had to clean it up."
Is it terrible that the thought of that couch being Michael's and that he had to clean it up, actually made me giggle?

That was apparently his sweater too that Peter wrapped around Mary after her bath.

Mainstream 'sposies have silica gel in them. If the baby has JUST wet, when you put a new diaper underneath and s/he wet again, it WON'T soak through.
"That was apparently his sweater too that Peter wrapped around Mary after her bath."
I thought it was Peter's? Wasn't Peter the one that had to clean it?

                                  went.

Depends on how you look at. I think I read somewhere that the silica gel is a low-level toxin. I wouldn't use the 'sposies if I thought for a minute that I could afford G-diapers.

LOL! Maybe it was because Peter couldn't handle it? Remember how far out he had to hold the poopy diaper and how frantic he was in trying to close the garbage pail lid?

Then I don't imagine they'll keep it on the market for much longerunless they can prove it's harmful.

"Then I don't imagine they'll keep it on the market for much longerunless they can prove it's harmful."
The silica gel? It would surprise me if they got rid of it. It's been in diapers for AT LEAST the last 9yrs. Maybe longer. Anyway, I think they've proven that it's a teensy bit harmful. But when you consider that generic disposable diaper cost just $7.00 for 49 diapers and gdiapers are like $16 for 49. . . . Well. . . . Ya know. . . .
"Yeah. Though I don't know if it's THAT bad. "
Depends on what you've fed the little nipper. If s/he has only had breastmilk, it's not that difficult to deal with. If s/he has had formula, it's only a teensy bit more smelly than breastmilk dipes. If s/he has had fruit or veggie babyfood, it's not too awful. Meat can get stinky. I would avoid broccoli if you're sensitive to bad odors, if I were you.
