Is Pin a real person, or does he just exist in the mind of the brother?

So why does Ursula hear Pin at the end?
Oh man seriously people will you pay attention to the freaking movie? When Ursula attacked Leon he was either injured or suffered a psychotic break either way he lost his identity and became Pin. Leon is gone there is no Leon there is only Pin longing for Leon.

Ursula does NOT attack Leon at the endthe camera is cut at just the right moment so that you don't know "who" she attacks. By the very end you realize that she destroyed Pin with the ax. That is why Leon "becomes" Pin.
