I love the scene when Storm awakens from his seven year coma. The music playing during that scene made the scene very intense and epic.
I also loved the way Storm said "Yeah? Well, come and cut my heart out, okay? Come and cut my heart out!" -

Some of my favorites are already listed. Here's one I'm suprised no one mentioned.
A nice petite white boy like you in a federal penitentiary Let me just put it this way, I don't think you'll be able to remain anal-retentive for very long. -

The hilariously corny "blood bank" line that's been mentioned a few times already is gonna be many people's fave, but my own favourite is a little line, very easily missed, but so brilliantly stupid it makes me giggle every time I think back to it: the Maori-looking guy with the mullet who basically gets murdered by Seagal in full view of a crowd later on (another pricelessly cretinous scene), in an earlier scene when he's in the van with another baddie, as they're about to follow Mason's partner and his son, says: "Let's go!"
HE WAS THE ONE DRIVING!!! Who was he urging?
Such a beautifully, unintentionally stupid line that it just elegantly and perfectly condenses the entire film in that one moment of hilarious ludicrousness.
Also, the earnest "I love you, Storm!" sounds as gloriously risible as the entire film actually is.
Shame about Kelly LeBrock, this film destroyed any sexiness cred she'd built up with me from the awesome Weird Science, especially her gone-wrong, slightly bouffant, sort-of-fringe Eighties hairstyle seen during the house assault.

Oh, and one other biggie: the film's name! HARD to kill? He
NEVER GETS KILLED
, so surely, if anything, the accurate title would have to be "
IMPOSSIBLE
TO KILL".
D'oh!!
"It's too late Always has been, always will be
Too late."
