I think you might be thinking about the wrong movie. At the end of the 3rd movie in this set (Look Who's Talking Now), there is a song that the two children (Mikey and Julie) sing in a doll house with other children. The song is by a French child artist called Jordy but I'm not sure what the song is actually called. And it might also be helpful to note that this song does not appear on the DVD.

Sea of love is by The Platters and its also re-made by another band called the honey drippers (i think this version sounds best)
