I'm still pretty sure it's not. Also, my DVD is from Australia and he says 'Blimey' on there. I have watched it in the USA aswell, same thing applies. Perhaps maybe they're released two versions? I've never heard this
'F $ck me he cleared it' version, though it seems to get mentioned a bit on here. The movie's subtitles don't help. -

The UK release was redubbed to "Cor blimey, he cleared it" to get the PG rating. It's not unheard of for PG films in the UK to have the f-word in them, but it's rare. At the time there was no 12 rating for DVD, so a mention of beep would have given it a 15 rating and harmed its chances at the box office.
On the German DVD (which I have, being German) he says the uncut version.

I just got finished watching it on HBO or one of those movie channels, and he actually did say "#uck me, he cleared it" I had to pause and go back to make sure I heard it right, I have the DVD, but it had been awhile since I'd seen it and since it was on already, but I'll look at the DVD again and see if it's not the the particular copy and just happens to be a different one. Cause he sure said it on the one I was watching. It surprised me.

He definately says "Fu*k me, he cleared it" in the original cut, and this was an ad-libbed line by Slater. Obviously you cannot have this in a PG rated movie, as it was certified in the UK, and so it was edited to "Blimey, he cleared it" so as not to affect its certification status and therefore lose revenue for not being marketed as a family film.
In response to the discussion above about "Blimey" often being proceeded by "Cor", you are correct. The rumoured etimology behind this is that it is slang, or abbreviation for "God blind me". -

You people really ought to read the trivia section:
The line that Will Scarlett says after he launches Robin and Azeem over the wall, beep me, he cleared it!" is an ad-lib by Christian Slater that director Kevin Reynolds dubbed to "blow me, he cleared it".
