One thing that bugged me:

That's nonsense. Jamsine did not like anyone because they were a prince, in fact, it almost seemed she held that against them. And Aladdin basically did have everything thanks to that wish, didn't you see all the things he got during the Prince Ali song?

Stratego is correct there is no way that Jasmine would not have taken a liking to any prince right away, have you seriously seen this movie? She pretty had sent Prince Achmed packing the next day I assume by having Rajah "play" with him as she claimed even through Rajah had a piece of his pants in his/her mouth. And looked how mad he was when he stormed in the room that Sultan was in.

Also, Genie growing all big and lifting the entire palace up was surely a wish being granted? So Jafar should have had one wish left after that, unless Genie was willingly assisting him.
Sad story. You got a smoke? -

But was it? The people and animals for Aladdin's wish to become a prince could a) be followers he amassed by being (or posing as, as the story would seem to have it) a prince, or b) be there because Genie liked Aladdin and wanted to
help
. I can't imagine the Genie not telling Jafar anything beyond making him a Sultan would be an additional wish, considering he sort of attempted that with Aladdin (not for the prince bit), whom he liked (not that he wanted to pick out curtains, or anything).

Yes, it was. Princes don't have "followers", they have subjects and since Aladdin was a prince of a fictional place Genie also had to conjure up "fictional" subjects. And Aladdin had just come from the desert, he didn't even have enough time to gain followers. The people and animals were supposed to reflect Prince Ali's wealth, so ofcourse Genie created them. At the end of the desert scene Genie even says that the outfit alone isn't enough and that he's going to make him a star, suggesting that he conjured up the whole show.
It's more than just help, Genie wanted to help Aladdin from drowning but couldn't unless he made a new wish.
As Sultan Jafar can decide where he wants his palace to be, so moving it would definitely be part of his wish. -

Here's another way to look at this, the act of clothing him, getting followers, the riches etc. wasn't the genie fulfilling his wish, it was a means to an end. There's only two ways to become a prince, either be born one coming from royal lineage or marry a princess.
Helping Aladdin win Jasmine's heart, marrying her and subsequently becoming prince by marriage was the Genie fulfilling Aladdin's wish.
The web is dark and full of spoilers -

Yep you are right cause either you be born a prince or become one while marrying a princess but makes you wonder if citizens of the town would frown on a princess marrying somebody not even royal at all
