Seeing as T&A are shown to elementary school children in film classes with no parental permission (give a look at the Romeo & Juliet board), I would say it doesn't make any difference, apparently. A lot depends on what's going on with those body parts.

I find the BBFC's classification of the fklm even more interesting than the MPAA's.
I know there are apparently boobs in the extended cut of terminator 4 on DVD, which I think is also a 12, and as far as I was aware that was the first time the BBFC passed them for a 12, and I think even then it is in the rain and from a distance.
Back to Captain Ron: it's not just the boobs either. There are loads of dirty jokes throughout, and Captain Ron seems almost like a paedophile for the first ten or so minutes he is in the film as he is talking to the daughter. Loads of really unsubtle sex references throughout and plenty of shts as well as the fuk. And holy crap, the camcorder scene! Amazing.
Kurt Russell forever.

I don't know, but thinking of the BBFC again and strange 12 certificates, I watched The Conversazione again and remembered how there is essentially a naked lady in it, where you can clearly see her breasts and more or less make out some finer details below. I guess because it is n shadow they accepted it, but I find it interesting regardless. That film definitely deserves a 15, I think. Eh.

My complaint would be that boobs typically get an R, not the other way around.

I think bare breasts seen in the shower or getting dressed merit a PG-13 rating. I think if the breasts are shown as part of a sex scene that merits an R rating.
But weren't they having sex in the shower?
