I'm sorry, but to me the absolute funniest line in the movie is right at the end:
"Oh my Gawd, what a f@cking nightmare!"
Her delivery of that line cracks me up every time!
I asked the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well. -

I agree about the deer hunting scene being very funny. In fact, it's my favorite dialogue in the film. Unfortunately, neither you, nor any of the four previous posters who mentioned the scene, got the dialogue correct. Even in the ' memorable quotes ' section for the film the dialogue isn't completely correct.

I loved the jail scene especially when Vinny says, "You're gettin' beep one way or the other," and he laughs too. I also loved the scene where the owl wakes him up, yells "wtf is that!?" and starts shooting lol. Such a great movie.

This was the funniest film I have seen in my entire life. I laughed so hard I thought I was going to pee. Marisa was hilarious every moment she was on the screen! I can't tell you what the funniest scenes were. . . .it was the whole movie!!

I saw this movie in the theater when I was 17. I liked Joe Pesci in
Goodfellas
, so I made a point to go see this movie when I saw it advertised on TV. The entire movie was hilarious, among the funniest I've ever seen. The scene that had me laughing the hardest was when he showed up in court wearing that circus ringmaster costume.
I don't dance, tell jokes or wear my pants too tight, but I do know about a thousand songs.
