Iran has posed a threat since the day the shah got overthrown. Reagan famously traded weapons to Iran because it suited his retarded central american great power adventure, instead of taking decisive military action, which would have eliminated Iran's technological infrastucture. Iran is a danger. But since Trump plays footsie with Irans most important providers of missile, nuclear, biological, chemical weapons technologies, this is all phoney and Dog-waggish distraction from Trump's domestic failures. those providers are china, russia, north korea.
you gave a 10-point conversation for an argument justifying military action against iran- iran nuke building: you need to provide some (declass,obviously) Primary Source documents which unambig show that iran is CURRENTLY working on nuclear capability. There are US govt sources, NATO, and International: UN and IAEA.
- does iran need nukes? does any country? if a nation is signatory to nuclear non-proliferation treaty, can they still develop a nuke program? Does Isarael need to declare its nuclear weapons status?
- is there a treaty which prohibits the building of long-range missiles/ ICBMs? if not then why cant Iran develop this capability?
4.Why does any country need long-range missiles? self-defense, especially when surrounded by (potentially) hostile nations, or within range: pakistan, India. India has designs on global power projection, so why shouldnt Iran take steps to equal military advantage?

Putin supports terrorists: chechnia, ISIS, ISL: dont you find it magically strange that ISIS etal never once attacked russian targets, russia, of course, the home of the second largest muslim population after Indonesia? I dont see Trump calling out Russia's terrorist links. - Nobody should suppoort terrorists, but this falls way, way below minimum threshhold for taking action.
