No, because Rachel chose that. There is nothing about this that should cause an issue at all.
My sister made the mistake of naming her daughters after their father, and he's a massive loser who has nothing to do with them, and now they're stuck with his surname. It's starting to confuse the eldest daughter, who keeps saying her name is our family name -

Remember when they were arguing over Ben's name, Ross wanted his name to be first, so it'd be Geller-willeck-bunch (I have no idea if that's the correct spelling of the names but you get the gist) and Susan said he knew people would drop the other names and just say Geller. I think itd be the other way around though, I'd drop the first name(s) and go with the very last name in the hyphen. For example: Ben Bunch.

Tbh, I thing Geller Green flows better than Green Gellar.
At least Rachel did the decent thing and included Ross' name.
Unlike that b***h of an ex wife of his and her selfish wife, who wanted to shove Ross and his name right out of the picture! -

I don't get your complaint either. Father's name last sounds like he's even less involved. Father's name first is how it goes. Same if you're a woman and you hyphenate, your husband's name goes first.

It was pretty common at the time, but Ross leaned more told old fashioned then unusual, and Emma is an old fashioned name.
Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that I'll be over here looking through your stuff.
