You seriously need to google "mullet" (thread starter). A mullet is short hair on top and hair nearly to the shoulder in back. Long hair in the back does not constitute a mullet. Think Kevin Bacon in Footloose or Michael J. Fox in Light of Day.

Or Billy Rae Cyrus - gawd, it was bad - halfway down his back (and the acid wash jeans didn't help the look either). Fast forward to present day: bad coifs must run in the Cyrus DNA. Daughter Miley is equally inept at finding a hairstyle that is anywhere near attractive. Most of the time she looks like an unmade bed.
