The shooter, against protocol, placed himself in front of the car.
She backed up, then turned her car away from him.
There was no justification, legally or morally p, for her shooting.
Just a punk agent with PTD from a prior vehicular incident 6 months prior who should not have been permitted active duty.

No, and if you think so, you're retarded and/or psychopathic. Look at the original video. He was not in danger. The pig's video shows a lot of motion, but you can't see what's going on when it happens.

if someone puts a gun in a cop's face and pulls the trigger, but the gun is actually aimed at his cheek and technically it won't kill him (only a flesh wound), does that mean he shouldn't respond with lethal force?
