She didn’t block them.
The shooter went in front of her car.
Two other “agents” approached her car. She backed up, and when going forward, her wheels were pointed to the right, away from the shooter. The shooter decided he could shoot her. The shooter had a traumatic vehicular indecent 6months prior when his arm was pinned inside a fleeing vehicle that dragged him, injuring him. He probably should not have been medically cleared to continue his duties because he obviously, by shooting an innocent citizen, showed he was not fit for duty.
No excuse.
He is a murder who acted out the scope of his authority.

She was ordered to stop and thought her white privilege allowed her to leave anyway.
It didn't.
