From his perspective, she almost ran him down. If he had to jump to the side to avoid getting hit, that was enough of a threat to his life.
She was ordered to stop and thought her white privilege allowed her to leave anyway.
It didn't.
I also heard that her "wife" had been in trouble for abusing the son and that her kids had been removed from her home.
She most definitely WAS blocking them.
The "wife" was outside the truck recording and trying to act like a bad ass telling them "come at me, come at me."
People who taunt and antagonize ICE are asking for trouble so they shouldn't cry when they get it.

Secondly, against standard protocol, the shooter placed himself in front of the vehicle.
Thirdly, as she was backing up to go around the shooter, another agent reached inside her vehicle, again not identifying himself, while the shooter who, against standard protocol, fired 3 shots into her face.
The shooter then fled the scene.
