He messed up his own life in the process
First of all, against standard protocol, none of those “agents” identified themselves.
Secondly, against standard protocol, the shooter placed himself in front of the vehicle.
Thirdly, as she was backing up to go around the shooter, another agent reached inside her vehicle, again not identifying himself, while the shooter who, against standard protocol, fired 3 shots into her face.
The shooter then fled the scene.
