Lori Petty IS Tank Girl to me, but with that said I think Pink would give it a damn good go. Possibly Milla Jovovich, Eliza Dushka or Noomi Rapace as well.

Chole Grace Mortez (Kick-aAs / Carrie etc) might be a good young actress to pull it off although might need a few more years to pull off TG. I could almost see Anna Farris or Allison Flannagan pulling it off but they would have to ditch their Scary (Date) Movie / House Bunny / American Pie / dumb yet cute and innocent personas and put an edge on it. To me Lori Petty would be hard to top. She had the right attitude / crazy / comedic timing etc.
Pretty much everyone else on this list is too old (jenny mccarthy or fairuza balk) or not talented enough (Kristian Stewart really???)
