No.
The first one is a good film I remberber fondly from my childhood, and should never be remade/rebooted because no remake/reboot could ever be any where near as good.
Second one is watchable but not brilliant, havn't seen the third or fourth but have just bought the box set of all four, i only wanted the first one which was 7 but the full set was only 10 so i thought y not. -

On one hand, I think you ought to spend your time developing a
new
idea to bring to the silver screen instead of continuing this "unnecessary remake/reboot" craze that's swept Hollywood.
On the other hand,
because
of this "unnecessary remake/reboot" craze, it might just be the only way you could get your name out there.
I say take the risk these weak-sauce film companies aren't willing to take: develop a new idea, everyone's got a bad aftertaste in their mouths from all of the crap from the past decade and if you truly want your vision to be appreciated to it's fullest I suggest you wait until the dust settles. -

That's a terrible title. It should be called "slightly above average snake".
And I agree with the other poster. The first Anaconda was a decent film for its day. If you like movies like
Deep Blue Sea
and
Lake Placid
, then you'll enjoy Anaconda. The second one was a let down because the special effects, which should have been better, seemed worse than the first movie. -

sorry dude but the idea kinda sucks especially the whole woman starting off as a mother, then becomes a bad ass..that is a clicheYou always see characters that start off being this way and in the end after going through some sort of a life changing experience becomes a whole new person in the endingno offense but it sounds like a b movie..a bad b movie..but like some other person posted below..try to develop a whole new idea..Anaconda was a good enough movieno reboots are actually necessary..

No, it's copyrighted. You can't just make a new Matrix movie unless you only plan to show it to a few friends or of it so terrible bad the people behind Matrix won't notice it. It's not possible to just continue a series without contacting the owners.
