i heard fives too cause its abt money. However, Imdb has stated under memorable quotes(u can get there by clicking on any of the highlighted character's name say eg: Chief Inspector Lee) that Chris said fries. U can argue abt this though coz that Sang seemed to have snapped at Chris after he asked that question.

I think he says "fives," just because it makes sense to say that more so than "fries." By saying "fives" Tucker's character stays quite a bit more on topic than if he said "fries", and since "fives" sounds so much like "fries," it kind of turns into a play on words. People are obviously going to recognize that "fives" sounds like "fries," so the punch is still there for people to laugh at. If the subtitles say it's "fries" though, I very well could be wrong.
