He clearly says fives. Listen closely and read his lips.
In the captions of my DVD it actually says "fries" but captions aren't done by the same people anyway. Like I said, you can clearly hear and see him saying fives. -

Personally I think it was fries. He had already been told what he wanted up to the 50 million Mark so to ask if he wanted fives, why??? The way he was standing was shot as if he was a waiter, the way he was holding the notepad as if taking an order, which in a sense he was, hence he said "do you want fries with that?"

It may have been a play on the whole upselling ideal (fries with a meal), however his voice is clear and the "r" in fries is unheard. He's talking about bills and Tucker is clearly a joker and that's why he mentioned the fives. It's not relevant that the 50 million is already complete, he's just joking around.

THAT IS THE ENTIRE JOKE.
Chris Tucker asks if he wants "FIVES" with that. Referencing someone taking an order at a fast food restaraunt.
Chris tucker asks Sang if he wants fives with that, as a mcdonalds employee would ask a customer they want fries with their meal. -

When I first saw this movie, I always thought it was "you want any fries with that?" but, after watching it again, it really sounds like "fives" and your post makes total sense as to why it would be. -
