      I'm pretty sure it was made for the film (probably by the same guy who drew the pictures; the owner of the left hand in that one scene). The man in the painting looked exactly like Steven, and had the outfit he wore at his job.

        Yeah I don't know who its by either but thiking it looked kinda like plague or death tring to grab the woman. I have been searching key words on google and havent came up with anything yet.

            I am not sure if this is any help but there was a 'phase' of such images bearing the same set of poses and all were named as 'Death and the Maiden', each one having said subject matter. So it is probably best to google 'Death and the Maiden' and after some browsing of the more famous ones you should find it.
