She is not a person. That is a problem. Julia Roberts is not able to play something that close to her. IMHO. The cafe scene was weird. The misogynist chaps were in awe of her and humbled. Why didn't they tell her that it was none of her business or insult her? I am not saying that is what they should have done. But it seemed weird. They were creepily debating a woman and her sexlife out in the open, but they shut up because she tells them off?

" Listen. You are projecting. You are very immature, and insecure. But women are just people. I am woman. I love video games movies and books. I hate hints and lies. And social things are beyond me. Try to see me as a person. I have nothing in common with other women that aren't basic. Menstruation. A uterus. I have some female traits but you cannot say that women are the same to the point where they all act a certain way today. We don't all change because of media. Or something else. "
This self-description of yours helps the rest of us understand why you might feel the way you do about Julia Roberts.

They were crudely debating a woman they didn't expect to pop up from nowhere and speak to them. It took them by surprise. they were embarrassed. Insulting someone behind their back and doing it to their face are entirely different things.
