Doesn't always work. Sometimes there is still some sperm cells being passed in the precum the penis exudes (designed as a kind of natural lubricant). It only takes one sperm cell (especially the first of your batch) to impregnante a women and the precum alone has been noted as having anywhere from zero to hundreds.
Basic biology, didn't you ever go to High School?

The birth control thing has been explained already so I'll refrain from repetition but even without birth control there's no guarantees of pregnancy (some couples even have to try for years to produce a child).
Again I say: basic biology. Was I the only person who paid attention in High School?

Whatever. Let's just accept the fact that it's just a TV show and The writers/whatever can make up anything they want. Some things are going to seem out of placeIt's all fantasyala pregnancy and Kung Lao's Hair Gel!!!

How is any of that relevant to what I said? What in my post makes you assume I haven't already accepted that fact (since age 3, I may add).
The OP asked why she didn't get pregnant. I explained the logical reasons why she wouldn't.
The lack of pregnancy isn't out of place, in any way shape or form. So why are you responding to my post in such a manner?

Shes over 1000 years old, she probably went through menopause 700 years prior to screwing him. Or maybe Kung Lao pulled out? Plus, shes not human, maybe they don't get pregnant by humans? plus, its a TV show, it's not real life.
Plus, she didn't screw him at all, it was Mileena anyway. -

Well I figure it's only a matter of time before Siro and Taja sleep together,and we know they won't be around to compete in the Mortal Kombat Tournament.
So it's possible they had children,either with each other or with other people.
Plus they didn't show us EVERYTHING they did,so they could have been sleeping together from early on in the show.
And their ancestors would compete in Mortal Kombat in 500 years.
