I'm sitting here reading these, and it's mental how much it all comes flooding back to you. Man, I've not laughed this hard in such a long time! Does anyone know where I can download/listen to any of these quotes without having to dig out the game?

They have a whole section dedicated to Resident Evil soundtracks. Just click on either Jill's or Chris's "Perfect Album" and you have the entire dialogue collection for either one.

Barry: What is this?!
Wesker: Wow . . . WHAT A MANSION!
Jill: Captain Wesker, where's Chris?
Wesker: Stopit!! DON'T OPEN THAT DOOR!!
Jill: But Chris is . . .
(Gunshot)
Barry: What is it?
(In dining room)
Barry: WHAT?! What is this?
Jill: What is it?
Barry: Blood.
(After fleeing from first zombie encounter)
Jill: Barry?
Barry: What is it?
Jill: Watch out! It's a monster!
Barry: Let me take care of this. (kills zombie) What is it?! (Anyone noticing a pattern with Barry here?)
Jill: Now it's Wesker's time to dissappear!
You have to listen to it to get the full effect, but I just couldn't stop laughing after Rebecca's line, like she found out Santa Clause really exists or something:
Wesker: Enrico?! I'll destroy the S.T.A.R.S. myself, including you.
Rebecca: REALLY?!
Wesker: I'm sorry for my lack of manners, but I'm not used to escorting men . . .
Chris: (chortling) Is this . . .?
Wesker: That's right. This is the ultimate life form . . . TYRANT!!
Chris: (laughs, like he just heard a really good joke)
Wesker: Chris . . .?
Chris: (continues laughing)
Wesker: (whines)Stop it.
dies laughing Oh God . . . there's way too much to list. Funniest dialogue I've ever heard.

I still remember one of the earliest player's guides. There was one particular screenshot with Barry and Jill, and the magazine publishers added a speech balloon pointing at Jill, containing the words 'If you say "What is it?" one more time I'll pop you one. Got that?'
Honestly, I wish I'd counted the number of times someone said 'What is it/this/that?' within the Jill game. It was insane! -
