here's an example for you dumb ****s:
John and Jane are married. Jane is not able to have children. John and Jane decide to use a surrogate. The surrogate agrees and gets pregnant. 4 months into the pregnancy, the surrogate gets scared and decides to get an abortion and doesn't get approval from John and Jane because it's "her body, her choice". John and Jane sue but lose the case because an abortion was the surrogate's right.
See how ****ing stupid you pro-abortion dipshits sound? -

the point went over your head. it proves two things:
1.
with a contract
, the government can in fact legislate what someone can do with their body even if a contract was signed. a contract trumps what that surrogate claims she gets to do with her own body.
2. let's say there was
no contract
at all and the surrogate started smoking and drinking during the pregnancy and then the baby is born disfigured because of it, are you really stupid enough to tell me that she shouldn't be charged because she did what she wanted with her body? -

He never stated in his initial post that there was any contract. He’s making it up as he goes along and STILL can’t make his case.
If you can’t say something nice, say something clever but devastating. -

my argument was about the morons saying that the government shouldn't get say because it's a womans body therefore her choice. i gave you two examples (one with a contract and one without) where the government can and should intervene what a woman does with her body.

are you ****ing stupid? i didn't bring up the contract in my initial post because ASS-BOOMSHIT is the one who brought it up in a reply. i then responded with his contract comment with two examples: one where a contract was signed and one where one wasn't.

- how can they force her to give birth if she already terminated the baby, moron? either way, she violated a contract. that contract is telling her what she is supposed to be doing with her body. if she doesn't follow it, she breached the contract. end of story.
- " the surrogacy contract covers these things." yeah, no ****. but if she decides to terminate the pregnancy, you must be a callous prick to think she doesn't deserve to be held accountable for killing a baby that was intended for someone else. she made that choice for someone else.
