1.
with a contract
, the government can in fact legislate what someone can do with their body even if a contract was signed. a contract trumps what that surrogate claims she gets to do with her own body.
2. let's say there was
no contract
at all and the surrogate started smoking and drinking during the pregnancy and then the baby is born disfigured because of it, are you really stupid enough to tell me that she shouldn't be charged because she did what she wanted with her body? -

my argument was about the morons saying that the government shouldn't get say because it's a womans body therefore her choice. i gave you two examples (one with a contract and one without) where the government can and should intervene what a woman does with her body.

- how can they force her to give birth if she already terminated the baby, moron? either way, she violated a contract. that contract is telling her what she is supposed to be doing with her body. if she doesn't follow it, she breached the contract. end of story.
