Yes, Lock Stock too. Very hard to choose between the two. Infact I'd go as far as to say Lock stock and Snatch are two of my favourite comedies ever.
And yes, both are just goldmines for quotations. I'm sure I'd enjoy just listening to the audio versions!

Airplane - GOOD - but come on now : Life of Brian , Spinal Tap , Blues Brothers , Ghost Busters , Trading Places , Blazing Saddles , Team America , The Producers , Austin Powers , Animal House , Ace Ventura etc etc etc .
