Airplane - GOOD - but come on now : Life of Brian , Spinal Tap , Blues Brothers , Ghost Busters , Trading Places , Blazing Saddles , Team America , The Producers , Austin Powers , Animal House , Ace Ventura etc etc etc .
Oh & as a wild card - I Spy (2002) is out loud hard laughing !

Lock stock, so ridiciously different, a very black comedy and not more enjoyable.
The Big Lebowski, was perhaps the quintessential overhyped Cohen brothers beep
Please try and compare to proper comedies instead of wheeling out things like Forrest Gump.
I would say only Dumb and Dumber and Borat are clearly funnier. Maybe Wayne's World. -

Hehe, i think i could have a good laugh with you.
Coming to America, Dumb & Dumber and Old School are also my favourites.
I would also add:- Ace Ventura (and sequel)
- Naked Gun
- Spy Hard
- Anchorman
- Wedding Crashers
- Friday (and Next Friday)
and probably more if i think longer.
Waiting for: Alien: Colonial Marines, God of War 3, Midnight Club 4, GTA4: Vice City (hoping).
