Looks like my comments stirred things up a little bit, and provoked
some good responses (which was the whole idea). Only one bachelor's
degree ? I stand corrected, and hey I've got one of those. And the person
who said who cares, she's hot! Yeah, she is a hotty, no doubt. I'd bang
her, in a New York second (am I allowed to say that, guess I'll find out!) -

There is nothing wrong with being intelligent and feeling free to express it. I understand how jealousy of that intelligence could cause someone to insult those who are more intelligent.

Hey you were right. I was wrong. I could have sworn that I interviewed voters in the state Ashley was running for some plotical office.
No, Ashley Judd did not go into elected politics, though she seriously considered and prepared to run for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky in 2014 before ultimately deciding against it due to the toll it would take on her family, but she remains a prominent political activist and advocate for Democratic causes. She's known for her social justice work, particularly around gender equality, reproductive rights, and as an outspoken voice in the #MeToo movement, working with organizations like the Harvard Kennedy School and the UNFPA.
