Not really. Sorta little kink coming from his mind. However, considering how evil the man is I am utterly shocked as to how Un-Racist he has been all through out his films. I mean we have every reason to hate him. He is an ultimate evil but he doesn't have a potty mouthHow.

True, especially back in the 80s when he could have gotten away with saying more racist things that he could today.
It's just like ppl who are shocked and disgusted at the idea that Freddy may have been a child molester, I mean the man is like 112% EVIL, I dunno why anything he would do would shock anyone. -

Of course it was meant to be a little racist. Freddy is never above demeaning somebody for his kicks before going in for the kill. In Kia's instance, he wasn't expecting her to be able to dish it out like she does.

For the audience, it's meant to be a humorous callback and revision of that classic line. But in the context of the film, it's Freddy's way of demeaning Kia before he kills her. Since he lacks his powers in the real world, he's working with what he has and his mouth is always a go to.

I think complaining about a child murderer also being a racist is a bit stupid. I mean the guy was a scumbag who killed children and now is a demon who can kill teenage kids in their dreams! We aren't talking about the protagonist here.
