Actually they are extremely arrogant. Unless you are their only table, they can't make your table a priority and they certainly can't do other things on your list if they are busy.

'They should focus all there attention on me' er, you're not the only person in the restaurant and you're not the only table they have to serve! And who are you to tell someone how to do their job?! I hate it when people seem to think these jobs are easy! They're really not!
