Oh so many good lines it's hard to choose but this would have to be mine as well. I just started my 5th or 6th rewatch and only on episode four of the first season. I find it hard to wait to get to my favorite parts of the series but then as I watch I remember that every little thing, every line and every movement is so brilliant I just can't help myself but relish in every second.

So many to choose from. One of my favourites off the top of my head is one that Ellsworth says to Swearengen when they're talking in the Gem Saloon in the first episode:
