No, he didn't, but it's understandable that you think that because all your favorite safe space cable news channels ALWAYS twist everything to make him (and all the non-Dems) look as bad as possible.

Change the channel to something else once in awhile and you might find out they're messing with your head. It's called propaganda.

It's not a speculative question. It's a rhetorical question. The answer is obviously that without Trump lying to his easily fooled followers there would never have been January 6th. He led America to the events of that day. And he'll go to jail for it.
