Keeping it to the Superhero movies my top three would most proably be
1-Guardians of the Galaxy
2-Batman Begins
3-Ant-Man
(4-Iron-Man)

How can you not love all three but for different reasons. Iron Man is the most sound. Spider-Man the most beloved. Ant-Man the most fun.

Watchmen is not really an origin movie. Sure we get to see Manhattan's origin in flashback but it was about a team getting back together after a long time apart, the opposite of an origin.

When you exclude reboots, which are to me a second chance a bettering an origin movie, Antman is top three origin films material with IM and Spider Man.
Those three movies knock it out of the park on their very first iteration on the big screen.
If you include non original movies, i will add CATFA, BB and First Classthen Thor and TASM.
