If nothing else, I loved that she called Don out on his beep at the end of their relationship.
She did that right from the start. In that "make-up" lunch she agreed to have with him after their first abortive meeting when he was cynically talking about love and how it was just a construct people like him made up for people like her, I loved when she looked at him in a considering way, and calmly said "Is that right?" Then proceeded to go straight to the heart of his BS and bust him.
Rachael was without question my favorite. She had intelligence and depth. I always enjoyed the scenes with the two of them when they were really talking. -

Well the actress was born in California anyway, but probably Chinese, yeah. Definitely not Japanese.
Here it says that she is Chinese, although maybe not the most trustworthy source.

Betty was probably the prettiest, but she seemed like she'd be pretty boring in the sack, therefore, not the "hottest bang" in how I'm defining it, hah. I'm going to go ahead and say it's a toss-up between Rachel and Faye.
