The classy girl in Friends (Kris and Matt) is Carly Pope. One of my favs. There was a great interview with her about the film. In it she says that she felt the stories were written for women- I felt that especially with First Date , Couple and Friends. She also said that Kris was talking fast to convince herself that it was cool. A couple of times however I didn't get what Kris was saying - ie when she high fives Matt.

Actually she kinda bugged me. She was a little too blunt for the dude.
Cuz he was very timid, and she was making him nervous a lot. I thought she was kinda of a bitch.
