Vlad’s assessment of Fugazi wasn’t harsh either.
Fugazi’s arrested development is probably not due to a lack of intelligence per se. Rather, there may be other psychological and trauma-related causitives.
I do maintain he has a slightly lower than average IQ. Not low enough to materially hinder his development. No, something else had done that. Probably his NPD.
Vlad and Fugazi don’t exactly see eye to eye usually, so I doubt he’s saying that just to kiss his ass.

He was giving a reasonable evaluation, but he never said that Fugazi was intelligent. I would argue that the score of 94 is closer to the 25 Hungry gave him though, granted it’s still several points below 100. Fugazi is articulate, yet he lacks common sense, and he’s a comedy of errors. The guy also lacks basic logic.

Conclusion: Someone is definitely showing their bias and butthurt, and that person is Fugazi, who always be lying. Always.
