He was giving a reasonable evaluation, but he never said that Fugazi was intelligent. I would argue that the score of 94 is closer to the 25 Hungry gave him though, granted it’s still several points below 100. Fugazi is articulate, yet he lacks common sense, and he’s a comedy of errors. The guy also lacks basic logic.

Common sense is a myth. It's a way for the simple-minded to assuage the pain of being an idiot.
