OT: If you were Jon, whom would you marry?

Alys Karstark would be a candidate, but I doubt the show would diverge from the books in this regard and it appears she will end up with another there if I recall correctly. A Thenn wasn't it? I suppose GRRM could change that, but I really doubt it.
The only reason I mention her is I think I recall reading something about a casting call which sounded like it might have been her, but it would be a real longshot.
If Jon lives my guess is he gets Daenarys.

Why do people keep saying Dany is Jon's aunt as if they don't share way, way more DNA than that? They share almost as much DNA as siblings and there is already a genetic defect in Targs exacerbated by excessive inbreeding. Madness.
Good point, if you look at the Targaryen royal family you start to wonder just how many non-Targaryen genes they
could
have. It would seem to me they'd share many more alleles than a typical brother-sister combo possibly could.

Actually, the inbreeding won't be much of a problem, since Dany firmly believes herself to be infertile. Since Dario didn't get her pregnant (and neither did her second husband in the books) even though they got it on without birth control, she is likely correct. She'd probably tell Jon that before they went through with a political marriage, and he might be okay with that because that would leave Sansa as his heir, and he knows damn well that she's the rightful ruler of the North.
And Dany is a beautiful, sexy woman, and Jon has a lot of, um, pent-up hormones to deal with. Marriage to Dany might make him REALLY happy, even without the possibility of kids.

"When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east," said Mirri Maz Duur. "When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When your womb quickens again, and you bear a living child. Then he will return, and not before."
If it's possible for the sun to rise in the west and the mountains to blow away, it's not possible for humanity to survive the cataclysm that would lead up to those events. Therefore MMD's curse or prophecy is meant to mean that Dany will never bear a living child, and Drogo will never come back. Of course we have no idea if her power to curse and or prophesy is 100% accurate, but Dany seems to believe it implicitly.
So IMHO Dany is the last Targaryan, and her dragons are the last dragons. Because it's not like three dragons and only one of them female is enough to provide a viable gene pool, talk about inbreeding.

Nope, not convinced that those are metaphors!
I think MMD meant to curse Dany with infertility, which was letting her off easy compared to Drogo or the baby.

We shall certainly see.
Personally, I think that not only is the prophecy true, but that there isn't time to fit a marriage and a pregnancy into the last two seasons, what with the conquest of Westeros and the war against the WW.

Here's what I'd like to see:
Tyrion and Aria. The are basically the same height.
Sansa and Theon. Then neither could reproduce.
Dany and Jorah. If he is turned to stone down below, he may even be able to satisfy her.
Urine and Cersai. Match made in hell.
That just leaves Jon. Few options. For alliance sake, maybe Yara or a sand snake, Lyanna Mormont perhaps? I think he'd be better off seeing who comes to power in the reach, or the vale once Robin dies (how long could he last)? Perhaps wait to see what happens in Dorne. Someone almost has to take power from those idiots.
Wait..What? -

Spell check on my phone. Do forgive me.
Do we know that about Theon? I had the impression he lost his bat and balls. Not sure why I thought that, I actually think they haven't said one way or the other, have they?
And I never said I wouldn't insult Sansa, I said I wouldn't do it in front of you, and I didn't think you were around.
Wait..What?
