How come this movie has such a low score?

I mean It was miles better than the last two which were complete garbage (Of course I think we can all agree that Curse Of The Black Pearl will always be the best one of the lot). I mean I've read how people weren't keen on it because there was no Will & Elizabeth, which to be honest i think is better as I was sick of them both by number two anyway

It beats the films Metacritic score anyway.

because it was garbage compared to the others. This movie started ok but lost steam about 70-80 minutes in.

Yeah I agree, my favorites are the 1st and 4th films, I did like the 2nd and 3rd but it kind of felt like the 2 Matrix sequels to me. They seemed confusing and crammed with so much going on it made me want a simple story. I also didn't like how the Will & Elizabeth story turned out. I am looking forward to the 5th movie though

I agree completely
It deserves so much more! It was SO MUCH BETTER than the third movie and I enjoyed it almost as equally as the first movie which is definitely the best!

1 and fourth are best. They all got pretty fair ratings except this one which seems to be underrated. Anyway, we get a fifth!

I would've given the movie a 5 if I were generous.
A worn out concept with a bad story. 6.7 is ass-kissing former glory instead of looking at what you're presented with. A pile of dung that doesn't know where it wants to go.

A 6.7 is pretty high for this movie. I was expecting 6.3-6.4

I don't know. People are just too nit picky maybe? I just watched it again and I like it more each time. I couldn't stand Will and Elizabeth by the end of the 3rd one. This one was certainly better than that one.
