Yeah, Kate Mulgrew was too young (23 again his 56) and even she said it wasn't plausible, but it's work and she's an actress

Strange how they tried to make a spin off instead of just letting it be an only show with just his name, which is how it should have been.
So no surprise to see that Mrs. C failed.
I think the only way it would have worked would have been to have an older, chubby actress play his wife in a small role on the reg. series.
Maybe that could have been accepted by the audience.
